Section 25607.1 of the Business and Professions Code
No retail licensee shall sell, offer for sale, or provide free of charge any alcoholic beverage between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. of the same day.
No retail licensee shall sell, offer for sale, or provide free of charge any alcoholic beverage between the hours of 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. of the same day.
Any retail licensee who violates this section shall be subject to penalties as outlined in Section 25617.
